1. Banana: – We all are aware that bananas consist of high energy which is why athletes and runners have tons of bananas! This is one of the best ways to get healthy carbs in the body. 2. Chocolate Milk: – If you are a fan of chocolate milk then guess what? This drink is great post running! Chocolate helps boost the happy hormones in the body and milk provides protein to the body. Other than that, chocolate also calms the muscles in the body and puts them in a relaxed mode.

3. Fruit Salad: – Fruits like oranges, apples, kiwi, berries, strawberries make great salads for your post run breakfast. You can add some other sweet fruits, which you like to the salad just for taste factors. Make sure you pick up the best seasonal fruits and make a fresh salad out of it. How about running to the fruit market to get the best fresh fruits every morning? Don’t forget to add kiwis and grapefruits to the list as they help in balancing the pulse rate and keep the heart strong.
