Science might not have answers to why but nature is giving us big clues as to what fruit and food will help which part of our body!

1.       Walnuts – Brain

This is one of the most common ones. With its two hemispheres, knotted folds and cranium type shell, walnuts look like the human brain on many levels. And it is the brain which they benefit the most. This food resembles the pancreas and those with diabetics or not should consume this vegetable to stabilize the blood sugar levels in the body.
