Want to become a professional baker? If yes, then there are some certain utensils and equipment you need in the kitchen. These are super helpful objects, which you will reach for every time you decide to bake. These are those basic bakers’ objects you must have! Since we love desserts and baking too, we decided to list down some of the objects exclusively for you all…

  1. Baking parchment paper – You can skip butter if you have this in your kitchen. It is also widely known as silicone paper. Baking parchment paper is moisture proof and greaseproof. This is used for almost every dessert recipe to line baking tins and trays. You can also put dessert batters in this and freeze it! It is an amazing item and the most essential one you need.
  2. Baking tins – This is an obvious one! You must have different shapes, sizes and heavy duty baking tins at all times if you bake almost every day. Don’t worry about getting exact sizes of what chefs mention. Just get small, medium and large ones in square, round and rectangle tins.
  3. Cutters – You can shape and make a variety of cake decorations with this. It is also useful to make different biscuits.
  4. Food processor and electric whisk – When it comes to this, you will have to spend a little more. Food processors can be useful for several dishes apart from baking, so make sure you buy a good quality one. Other than that, don’t forget an electric and hand whisk too. The hand whisk will hardly cost you anything, but a good electric whisk can be a little expensive. Don’t compromise as it is a useful item in the kitchen.
  5. Measuring jugs and spoons – This is yet another obvious item you must have in your kitchen. How can you not have measuring jugs and spoons? You can either buy high quality plastic ones else steel spoons that can help in getting the right measurements of every ingredient in the recipe.
  6. Rolling pin – It is not necessary to have a rolling pin if you don’t really make too many cheesecakes or work with dough. But if you do, this item is a must have in the kitchen.
  7. Sieve – You can either buy a metal or plastic sieve, which is useful for sifting sugar and flour. This is highly useful if you are planning to make professional cakes. You can use a small tea strainer when working with icing sugar or cocoa for decoration.
  8. Spatula – How will you mix the cake or apply the topping sauce on the cake or any dessert without this?
  9. Wooden spoons – Yes, wooden spoons are also useful for folding and mixing batters when it comes to cakes.
  10.  Wire rack – If you want to cool cakes, biscuits or any dessert then the wire rack is very essential. This will help in cooling the cakes quickly and avoid any moisture coming into it.

You can also gift these things if you are sending a cake delivery to someone!
