Grandparents are special. They give so much love and explicitly show a lot of care no matter they are near or far from you. Cleaning car with grandfather, enjoying grandma cookies and listening to your parent’s childhood stories from them is fun. As parents they have spent so busy time that they didn’t get leisure time to play with their own kids. In the old age, when they have so much leisure time, they love to spend it with their grandchildren’s. They give so much love that we didn’t realize that they also need that love in return. Their birthday is a perfect time to make them realize that how much you love them and how special they are for you.

Spend time with them:

The celebration is not always about spending money, but it’s important to spend time with the person. You are small, you might not have money, but you will have time to spend it with your grandparents. All they want for you is your time and attention. Talk to them and share all your daily talks. How you feel about your school and teachers, who are your friends, what games you like or anything? They love to know you. Ask them about their childhood. How she go to school, what she love to do at that time.

Wish from distance:

There are times when you are not in the same town. Thus, it’s impossible for you to visit them. Living a part does not mean that you are also apart from the heart. There are many ways you still use to make them happy on their special day. Make a call, send email, send e-cards and sending chocolates by post all these act have their unique importance. Your grandparents will be delighted to receive love from your side in the form of these adoring gestures.

Plan a party:

Spending time with family and friends is the greatest pleasure indeed. Let your grandma enjoy her birthday with the people she loves. Plan a birthday party, but make it a surprise for her. It is not a good idea to make her busy on her birthday in cleaning the house and cooking for the birthday. It is wise to plan it in your house or someplace other than their house so that they don’t have to spend hours in cleaning after the party ends.

Play games with them and let them feel young:

Don’t think that there is a huge age difference between the two. Your grandma will love to do what your interests are. Play games with her, show them your coin collection, watch movie with her. She will feel young while doing this with you.

All these things will make her birthday really memorable for her.
