  The only problem i had was when filling in the order form. I was sending this to my grandson and his partner as a house warming present and the form insisted on a home phone number which they do not have yet so had to put their old number on even though they do not live there anymore. I should have thought a mobile number would be enough.

  Happy with the service, haven't tasted cake but my daughter was trilled with it. Only problem was the delivery man had laid it on its side, so a little squashed on side. Markings on box was misleading.

  I just remembered on a Thursday after 4 pm UK time, my son's (studying now in Coventry University, West Midlands, UK) birthday the next day (Friday) and tried to order cake, which he likes, on line. After failing with a number of sources (not possible to get delivery next day evening max. as committed delivery was only the following Monday) finally I landed on "Express Gift Service" (EGS). Though their committed delivery also was on Monday, they delivered on previous Friday evening itself (on my son's birthday). This is an excellent gesture shown by EGS for their concern towards their customers. Keep it up EGS!
