I asked for a wedding card to be sent in place of a standard congratulations one and changed the contact details for the person receiving the gift at the last minute - both were done without any issues and my cousin loved the gift, which was sent as a surprise for her upcoming wedding. The delivery was also prompt and I have no issues in recommending this company, as their customer service both by email and telephone is very good. -

However, I was sent regular updates stating that the fruit would be delivered to me rather than to the person I had purchased the fruit for. When I checked my order I had put me down as the billing address and my friend as the delivery address but had me worried for a time. My friend did not receive any of these emails so the fruit was a complete surprise - but luckily he was in and able to receive it. -
