Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") are the terms and conditions upon which 4u services ltd ("we/us") make this website (the "expressgiftservice.co.uk site ") available to you and any of our services which are accessible on or via the expressgiftservice Site (the "4u services ltd Service").
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the expressgiftservice.co.uk Site and the expressgiftservice.co.uk Service.

Products
1.1 All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available for mainland UK - or as otherwise directed. Certain product ranges are available in selected delivery areas only.
1.2 Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
1.3 Some flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous, if you require further information before submitting an order please contact the expressgiftservice Customer Services Team as mentioned in contact us section.
1.4 All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
1.5 In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
1.6 We are unable to offer Finishing Touch items with products ordered from selected ranges, this will be made clear when placing your order.
1.7 For Products available for delivery by post could take 1-2 working days to deliver. We normally despatch flowers 2 days prior to the delivery date, so they may arrive a day earlier.
1.8 Selected products are not available for same day delivery or other special delivery services. Further information regarding product availability and delivery options will be presented when placing your order.
1.9 We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days. Roses, summer and spring flowers will be guaranteed for a period of 5 days.

Prices
2.1 Prices listed on Expressgiftservice.co.uk Service are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your purchase form.
2.2 Prices include VAT for deliveries within the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
2.3 Except where stated product prices exclude Delivery charges.

Orders / Payment
3.1 You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, a landline telephone number together with those of the intended recipient full name, address and a valid landline telephone number including all necessary payment details.
3.2 We accept payment by Paypal, Google checkout and all major credit and/or debit cards as displayed on the website.
3.3 By clicking on the 'check out' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the expressgiftservice.co.uk site.
3.4 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an initial confirmation email of your order details to advise that we have received your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued the email confirmation confirming of order processing.
3.5 We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
3.6 We (4u services ltd) have the right to cancel order or refuse to deliver without prior notification based on unsatisfactory sender customer details or recipient details.
3.7 For all telephone orders placed through our customer service team, it is customer’s responsibility to check order details and product information before the order has been despatched. If you need to make any changes to your order, we need to know at least 48hrs before the despatch date. All changes should be notified to us by email to contact@expressgiftservice.co.uk with your order number, delivery date, and message. Once your order has been despatched no changes are possible.
3.8 Once your order is received 4U services ltd will send a confirmation mail confirming receiving your order. It is however not a confirmation of order delivery and we are not bound to any contract in delivering your order. To prevent Fraudulent orders and credit card identity frauds, 4U services ltd check all orders before processing. Senders name and address are matched against the payment card details. In the event of senders details fails to match with the payment card details, 4U services ltd have the right to cancel the order without prior notification. It is also the responsibility of the sender to make sure the payment card used is of your name and is registered to your name and address and avoid using payment card registered to different name and address.

Delivery
4.1 For flowers by post all items include delivery by Royal Mail First Class Post. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery. We normally despatch flowers two days prior to the requested delivery date so they may arrive a day early. As we deliver by First Class Royal Mail we cannot deliver on Sunday or Bank Holiday's. Deliveries can take place up to 5pm Monday to Friday and up to 1pm on Saturday. We donot deliver same day.
4.2 We do not recommend courier or postal deliveries to hospitals or funerals
4.3We can deliver to any postal address in the mainland UK.
4.4 For deliveries around the globe your order must be received at least 3 days prior to the delivery date. 4U services ltd make every effort your order delivered on time and on the correct date. As we are operating in different time zones across the globe, we do not offer same day delivery services.
4.5 Please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.
4.6 The only information sent with the gift is the personal message card. We don't pass on any other details at all and don't send out an invoice or receipt, just the email confirmations.
4.7 Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect them or arrange redelivery.
4.7 in the case of delivery of food and perishable products, in the event receiver is not available at the delivery address, we will contact the recipient and will take necessary action to make the delivery possible, and order could be delivered to an alternative address i.e. next door neighbour in the event of a home delivery and will leave a message card to the receiver confirming the delivery and the name and address of the person the order has been delivered to. 4U services ltd will consider the order delivered and will not accept any liability of non delivery of the order.
4.8 Deliveries to large businesses, organisations, hospitals, universities, schools, university student accommodations, orders will normally be delivered to the main reception or post room. Delivery to the name person in some cases is not possible.
4.9 Orders delivered by post, for late and non delivery of the products the customer must make there claim directly to the royal mail.

Cancellation/Amendments
5.1 If for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling +00442030123126 or email: contact@expressgiftservice.co.uk Please give 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.
5.2 We regret that we may not cancel an order for perishable food products once your order has been dispatched.

6.2 Our Customer Services Team is available from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am until 5pm on Saturday.
6.3 Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

Disclaimer
7.1 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the www.expressgiftservice.co.uk Site and/or the 4u services ltd Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Site or Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the expressgiftservice.co.uk Site and/or the 4u services ltd Service impossible or impractical.
7.2 All our prices are subject to change and we may change our prices or offers without any prior notification.

8.1 All other rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by 4U services ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying , storing them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use is prohibited without the permission of 4U services ltd. You may not modify, distribute or repost something on this website for any purpose.

My Account service - terms and conditions
9.1 The expressgiftservice.co.uk My Account service is provided as a complimentary feature for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. In order to provide the Service, we will hold certain personal information. Except to the extent that we are required or permitted by law, any personal information which we collect will be used solely for the purposes of providing the Service.
9.2 To register with the Service you must be over eighteen years of age.
9.3 When you register with the expressgiftservice.co.uk service you will be required to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately. Should you forget your password, please use the password reminder service (this option can be found adjacent to the My Account login box).
9.4 If expressgiftservice.co.uk has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Service or site, we may require you to change your password, or may suspend use of the Service.

9.8 Whilst we take every reasonable precaution and care in relation to the Service, we do not make any representation or warranties of any kind (express or implied) with respect to the contents or operation of this Service, and any such representations and warranties are excluded by this notice. We do not warrant that use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error free. Whilst every effort is made to ensure reminder emails set up on your account are processed and delivered as requested, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of these messages. Your use of the Service is done so entirely at your own risk and we do not accept any liability whatsoever for losses or damages that you may suffer as a result of your use of the Service.
9.9 Your access to the Site and Service may be occasionally restricted to allow for routine maintenance of the website.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: Firstly, to process your order and Second, to contactyou regarding the order if necessary. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, telephone number and email address. We will never share your confidential information with anyone, and will not e-mail future promotions and offers unless we receive email confirming to opt- out from email marketing campaign.
You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include your IP location, and the Personal Details like Name, Address, Contact Number, and email address.
